Fellows received a personal laptop (to keep) and a mobile hotspot with unlimited internet. Finding information and learning online becomes more important than ever as the digital divide is projected to get worse, so we ensure they have the proper tools and know how to get the most out of them

Our staff hosted weekly virtual sessions on practical topics: from college admissions and resume writing to financial literacy, brand building, and more, featuring partners like GLG, Mastercard, and Citi.

Fellows were paired with mentors who shared similar career aspirations and experiences. Our mentors represent a diverse range of fields, including law, medicine, finance, business, public service, technology, and more. Many of our mentors were formerly low-income and first-generation college students.

Fellows became part of a tight-knit community that they could rely on for life. We offer multiple opportunities across all of our online and offline programming to connect with peers, alumni, and accomplished professionals.
