We connect students with paid, hands-on experiences that help them apply their academic knowledge, build practical skills, and grow the confidence they need to launch meaningful careers.

Building a Network

Our Fellows will get access to young professionals from all over the country, who are knowledgeable in different disciplines and industries like finance, biotech, climate, social impact, government, nonprofit, entrepreneurship, and more.

Mentorship

We connect students to professionals in industries & roles they express interest in so they can receive support on job applications, technical skills, and more.

Practical Curriculum

We introduce students to careers across industries through professional panels and host workshops on topics like financial literacy, public speaking, and more. Students can also suggest topics to contribute towards their own learning and aspirations.
